This is something :iconjacintamaree: suggested to me more than a year ago, and I figured it was about time to try and make it happen. I am now offering editing services to writers here on DA at a rate of 2 cents/word for copy editing and 3 cents/word for content editing. Please see my Job Services posting for more details: forum.deviantart.com/jobs/serv…

I'm really exited to get started on this! I'm working on DA to build my portfolio, but once I get some experience under my belt I plan on joining the Editorial Freelancers Association and taking on more serious professional jobs.

Dude.... I would hire you on the spot!  If I hadn't just given Dusty Blood to another editor not one week ago I would've hired you easily. Next one, okay? I'll write it as fast as I can!

Ack! My bad for not getting on it sooner. I got complacent staying at my parents' place and didn't get on the work thing like I should have. Do you have any idea when Dusty Blood is being published? That's one I would definitely want to get a copy of! ^__^

Next time! :D I honestly have no idea about Dusty Blood. I feel a little too busy to even think about it atm. I'm thinking of becoming a Naturopath, as writing isn't exactly a stable career and I don't want to spend the rest of my life either as a house wife or answering phones.

Hopefully you'll continue writing, though; I would miss talking to you! But yeah, I can understand why you would want to settle down. (My inner grammar nazi is sulking in a corner because I started a sentence with "but" and refused to change it, lol.)

Ha ha ha, you remind me so much of my Aunty to be honest. She's very strict in that sense too but she's come to accept me and my But starting sentences. It just sounds right, doesn't it? Even though we know it doesn't make sense on it's own.
Thanks hun, it's really nice to talk to you too! XD I was thinking, I haven't done anything with it yet but I was contemplating self publishing Dusty Blood? I don't know... maybe? I know, I'll show it to my agent and see what he thinks.
